Start Strong

Building Healthy Teen Relationships

Start Strong is an initiative of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in collaboration with Futures Without Violence to promote healthy relationships and prevent dating violence among 11- to 14-year-olds in eleven Start Strong communities.

Break the Cycle, in collaboration with Futures Without Violence and a team of national experts, drafted a Middle School Policy for the Start Strong sites. Each community is working to create an effective, comprehensive response to dating violence on and off campus.
