Break the Cycle knows many communities may not have the resources to effectively address the public health and safety problem of teen dating violence. We are here to help.

Break the Cycle provides training and support for adults who work with youth in a variety of professional fields. We believe that knowledgeable, trained service providers are the foundation of a comprehensive safety net for youth experiencing dating violence.

Building on our direct experience working with youth, our training and technical assistance program helps communities build knowledge and employ tools to meet the needs of young people in abusive relationships. We provide technical assistance to a wide range of audiences including:

How We Help

Break the Cycle offers in-person and web-based trainings that focus on best practices and knowledge-sharing. Our seminars address the dynamics of dating violence, working with teen survivors, school response, legal concerns, engaging youth and many other topics.

In addition, Break the Cycle offers technical assistance to individual service providers and community-based organizations. Webinars

Using your phone and computer, our webinars allow you to connect to a national audience of teen service providers and dating violence experts from the comfort of your office. Our interactive webinars cover a wide range of topics, from the intersection of dating violence and teen pregnancy to the impact of the law on providing services to teens.
