Join a Board Committee
By serving on a board committee, you will be introduced to the board experience. You will work directly with current members, researching, discussing and making decisions. We currently have three committees:

- Fundraising
- Recruiting & Nominating

Break the Cycle Young Professionals
Another good way to hone your board skills is to join Break the Cycle Young Professionals (BTCYP) Committee, an auxiliary group raising friends and funds for Break the Cycle.
