Break the Cycle believes that knowledge is power. Whether you are a middle school student, guidance counselor, attorney or state legislator, you are never done learning -- especially about how to have a healthier relationship and promote healthy behaviors among others.

With one in three students report experiencing some form of abuse, young people in more than 35 states still lacking unfettered access to legal protection and more than 80% of school counselors being unprepared to address incidents of abuse, we all have a lot to learn.

This is where Break the Cycle's training program comes in. We work with youth and adults across the country to ensure they have the knowledge they need to prevent dating violence, safely end abusive relationships and promote healthy relationships.
