Love Is Not Abuse Joins Break the Cycle

By Marjorie Gilberg & Jane Randel

Dear friend,

We are thrilled to announce that the Love Is Not Abuse campaign is joining under the umbrella of Break the Cycle’s exceptional array of programs. Break the Cycle is committed to carrying on the level of excellence that Fifth & Pacific Companies (formerly Liz Claiborne Inc.) began over 20 years ago when they started the Love Is Not Abuse campaign.

Many of the core elements of the Love Is Not Abuse program, including educational materials, will be incorporated and enhanced. The heart of the program, the Love Is Not Abuse Coalition, will join forces with Break the Cycle’s HOPE members and become even stronger. Break the Cycle will also continue “It’s Time To Talk Day,” putting a new spin on this annual event (stay tuned for more news on this soon).

We welcome the chance to hear from you and answer any questions you have about this exciting transition. We look forward to continuing our work together to end domestic and dating violence.

Best,

Marjorie Gilberg
